Ok, let's explain how we work from receiving your order to your website going live.
We receive your go ahead via our web order form or over the telephone. You're appointed your dedicated Crunch Project Manager which will be your single point of contact throughout the design process
Your Project Manager (PM) will discuss your ideas regarding design and content. They can also offer you some inspiration if you like. You may have already seen some websites that you like the look and feel of.
Your PM will come back to you with a 'concept' design based on what you have discussed - this is a picture of how your website could look and an indication of how the navigation will work.
You communicate any changes and suggestions you have for developing the concept so you get it just the way you want it. Next we'll make these changes and send back a revised concept for your approval.
You sign off the design and layout then the PM will build your actual site and make it available for you to see on the Internet. Each page will be filled with dummy text and images that you can update immediately or whenever you're ready.
Your PM will give you a simple and jargon free explanation on how to easily add, delete, update text and upload images. and that's it - you're ready to go! Of course, we're always on the other end of a phone or email if you need us.
